Rental Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing to rent with HELGA-DESIGN. Our rental service allows you to enjoy exquisite silk scarves and handcrafted jewelry on a short-term basis. By placing a rental order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Coverage and Eligibility

• At the moment rental services are available exclusively within Singapore.
• Customers must be at least 18 years old to place a rental order.

Hygiene & Cleaning

• All items are professionally cleaned and inspected before each rental.
• Please do not attempt to wash or clean the product yourself.

Product Care & Responsibility

• Kindly inspect the items immediately when you receive them and inform us of any issues.
• Please handle our items with care. Silk and beaded pieces are delicate and should not be exposed to water, perfumes, makeup, or excessive friction.
• You are responsible for any loss, damage, or irreversible staining that occurs during the rental period. We recognize that slight natural wear and tear is possible during use. 

Rental Duration

• Each rental period is a multiple of one week or 7 calendar days (corresponds to 1 unit/week in product quantity), beginning on the date the item is delivered to your provided address.
• Please indicate the requested number of weeks in the product quantity field, or contact customer support for long rental periods.

Return Policy

• Return instructions will be provided in your confirmation email. You may return via: courier pickup arranged by us, or agree on alternative arrangement with the customer support.
• A late fee of S$10 per day applies for each item not returned on time, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel your rental order up to 48 hours before the requested delivery date for a full refund, after dispatch the fee for the rest week rental is non-refundable.
• Please approach us for any special circumstances and we will make our best effort to accommodate your needs.

Security & Verification

• We may request identity verification for high-value rentals or first-time renters.
• We reserve the right to refuse rentals at our discretion.
